The hike is approx 5 miles and will take around 3.5 hours, hiking boots or hiking trainers area required, and you must be a confident hiker.

THERMAL BATHS Bormio & Santa Caterina are home to a number of thermal baths which are often prescribed by doctors for wellbeing. The Bagnio Vecchio has a number of natural baths both inside and outside and we will use these for around 3 hours. An aperitivo drink & snack is included during the session too.

The biking is at altitude and a good level of fitness is recommended to enjoy the activity fully.
