Overview
Our Yoga, Wild Swim & Nordic Walking weekend is a great combination of wellness, relaxation and outdoor activities. There will be two yoga classes, each for one hour and these will take place in the onsite yoga studio where mats, blocks and blankets will be provided. Each class is tailored to suit complete beginners through to the more advanced Yogi. In between chilling in the beautiful grounds, you will also head out on a guided wild swim with wild swim coach Les (aka the Dales Dipper). Les is there to offer support and to ensure you have the tools to deal with the cold water.. A morning will also be spent with Jo Wulf, who is our Nordic Walking guide, a style of walking with poles and a great way to explore the Dales on foot utilising your posture and getting the most out of hiking. Delicious homecooked vegetarian meals will be provided throughout alongside with transportation to and from the wild swim spot.
